‘Mad Love for Freshwater’ (4 mins) was a Freshwater campaign video Lan created as a Taylor Swift spoof tribute to ex-Prime Minister John Key and ex-Environment Minister Nick Smith. Hit headlines when it went viral in the lead up to the 2017 election with over 150,000 views in one week (the National party were then voted out of government…).
